EUCROF attending ACRP Workforce Development Global Roundtable
Post Session Summary
On January 12th, the Association of Clinical Research Professionals organised the ACRP’s Workforce Development Global Roundtable. This hybrid meeting connected industry stakeholders who share a deep interest in building the next generation of clinical research professionals and a diverse, research-ready workforce.
The meeting objectives were to:
- Review the state of the clinical research workforce and the need for action
- Share perspectives from a range of industry stakeholders
- Conduct an initial assessment on prioritisation of initiatives
- Take the pulse on commitment for support
The EUCROF representatives (EUCROF President, Dr Martine Dehlinger-Kremer and Talent Engagement Task Force Chair, Dr Šárka Blažková) actively participated in the ACRP Workforce Development Global Roundtable. They described the challenges in attracting and recruiting new talents to our research industry in Europe and our activities in this area.
