Webinar Date & Time
12 November 2025 from 04:00 PM to 05:30 PM (CET)
Webinar Overview
Finding and engaging the right patients for clinical trials remains one of the industry’s greatest challenges—particularly when those patients are underdiagnosed, underrepresented, or unaware that their symptoms may qualify them for participation. In many therapeutic areas, from women’s health to rare diseases, the recruitment journey begins not at the point of consent, but at the point of awareness.
In this webinar, Dr. Tobias Kruse, Managing Director Europe at SubjectWell, will discuss how social media can improve clinical trial recruitment from awareness to enrollment. He will present data from SubjectWell’s two recent peer-reviewed publications in JMIR and JMIR Mental Health, discussing how tools such as the Patient Burden Index (PBI) and Site Burden Index (SBI), along with real-world evidence (RWE) studies and targeted digital recruitment campaigns, can help you better understand both your study protocol and patient population to enhance recruitment outcomes. Dr. Kruse will also examine the benefits and challenges of using social media for patient recruitment and provide an overview of the current regulatory environment in Europe.
Join us to explore how the intersection of social media, science, and patient recruitment is reshaping patient enrollment timelines—and helping clinical trials reach the patients who need them most.es.
